While battling  through a tough  illness, I started eating clean.  Which basically means I started eating an organic vegan diet.   This clean eating has flushed out my system and I feel more energetic than ever before. The problem now is that since I’ve beaten my illness, I kinda have a craving for a nice steak on the BBQ. I know it’s mind over matter but  I am finding it harder and harder to resist that craving.  Does it mean I am weak if I give in?

First of all, congratulations on beating your illness.

I always thought eating clean meant that you should ignore the 5 second rule and not eat anything that fell on the floor. Oh well … you learn something new every day…

I have a friend who likes to say “I can become a Vegan but I love meat too much”. I just think that is very ignorant and my friend  took offence to my saying so. I on the other hand consider myself to be  an Uber Vegan.  Not only do I eat veggies but I make sure all the meat I eat comes from farms that feed their animals a strictly Vegan/no hormone diet. I believe that I absorb my uberism by a technique I call “Meatular Osmosis”. There is a small faction of rebel Vegans that disagree with my hypothesis but I chose to ignore them.

Remember that scene in the movie “Dragon Heart” when the dragon fell in the water  and the barbarians ran after him screaming “MEAT!!!, MEAT!!!, MEAT!!!”? No? Oh ok. Anyways, we don’t want that happening to you.

My dear, life is to short. Have your steak baby. What’s it gonna do to you.  Eating clean is great but there is nothing wrong with popping that piece of red meat on the Bar B and watching it sizzle. Now if you have a hunky piece of meat, wearing an apron and some nicely fitted shorts (you are outside after all). That can only make it better.  Can you smell it??? You have no doubt heard of that new study showing meat causes cancer. Well forget that crap! You are not sitting down to meat 7 days a week 3 times a day. Everything in moderation.  You good, go for it and you go for him!

Does it make you weak, absolutely not.

Follow these simple steps and you too will attain happiness and clarity.

p.s: Needless you say, if you follow my Uber vegan diet, you will still be maintaining a clean diet. Remember meat for vegan animals still counts as vegan diet.
