As you know I love inspirations quotes, so that’s as inspirational as I will get.

2016 is here!  A new year, a new beginning, a fresh start.  You get how new it is? Yup, it’s that new.
The perfect time to declutter, to cleanse. Not just a physical cleanse but a mental and spacial cleanse as well.

Part of that cleansing should include acceptance. Acceptance of things that you cannot change. If it has already happened, there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s the past, accept it and move on, move on so that you can be happier. It may not be that unrealistic movie happiness that we all want but it will be better than where you were.

• Accept that certain people just plain chupid and that they may refuse to change. The only thing you control in any situation and yourself.By accepting their chupidity, you will find that not everybody is supposed to be in your life.
• Conserve your essence! Look at the people and things in your life, if they are not adding to your life, they are subtracting from it. If you can’t completely cut them off, then minimize their involvement in your life. Minimize your reaction to them.
• Your mental cleanse should start with getting past hateful “words”. Words that may be said to you by others or even yourself.  Words are very heavy, they weigh you down. Lighten the load. Forgive yourself and even forgive them blasted chupid people that just stress your ass out.

I leave you with this: Sit down and really think about it. Ask yourself this question “Is my life really complicated or do I complicate my life?” Just Saying!
